I'm am alive! LOL! We just back from vacation in the Outer Banks on Sunday, so I took a break from CVS and other shopping for a week. I am back now, and ready to find new deals!

Possiblity Of Cheap Formula This Autumn

At Target, it is rumored that there were peelies on top of the Similac Advance blue cans of baby formula that advertise new packaging coming in the fall.
They will do away with the metal cans (perhaps for BPA issues) and use large, oval shaped plastic containers with a scooper built into the lid.

That may mean local grocers/retailers will put these "older" packages on clearance, just as they did with the light blue Similac with Iron cans, which can still be found on clearance at times at Walgreens and CVS.

So be on the look out! You could score some cheap formula - especially if you signed up and are recieving formula checks to use in addition to the clearance price!

I spent more than I wanted to though, cause the register lady didn't understand that my first transaction was one whole transaction, so she divided it up, and that screwed things up. CVS 8/1 - $5.28 OOP

I made my CVS shopping trip today at a new store by my hubby's work. He told me that they built a new one there a few months ago, and that I should try that one out since we were nearby. The moment I walked in... I was in love! LOL! It was huge and things were easy to find. They had everything in stock that I had on my list, and the cashier was extremely friendly! Also at the front door I found the free edition of the 50 Plus Senior News Lancaster County, PA edition. I found the same thing at the other CVS I go to, but it was the Dauphin County edition. Anyway, inside the newspaper you will find $3 off a $15 purchase for PA CVS stores only, and this coupon doesn't expire until the end of the year. I grabbed 15 of those suckers! Anyway, onto my transactions... I originally had plans to make 3 transactions, but I realized I came up 5 cents short on the Johnson & Johnson's deal, so I had to make another trip back in order to get my $10.00 in ECBs.
